Thank you so much for supporting my art business! I handle all shipping myself and I am happy to cater to any specific requests you may have.
What carrier do you ship through?

I usually ship through USPS or UPS depending on which one offers the best price with the best care of your package. If you have a specific carrier you would like me to use, just leave a note when checking out or contact me at gabrielleeve.art@gmail.com.
When will my order arrive?

Since my business is small, I am able to fulfill ordres within 1-2 days and get them to whichever carrier is preferred. From there, it shoudl take the carrier 3-7 business days (5-10 business days during holidays), but if there is any delay on the carrier’s part, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the carrier. I will be tracking all orders and if any package is lost or stolen, please let me know within 48 hrs of its expected arrival via gabrielleeve.art@gmail.com. I will happily resend the item at no additional costs to you, or I will immediately refund any payments on something that I can’t resend (while I cry about the lost artwork).
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I will happily ship to anywhere as long as the address is entered as accurately as possible, just because I am not familiar with how some foreign addresses are entered. Shipping will vary a little more depending on your local customs office. I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge upon delivery.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?

It depends - if your PO Box accepts the size of the order, I will happily send it. However, it will be up to you to determine this with your PO Box carrier, and any addtional charges will be charged to the buyer.
FAQs - Returns/Refunds
Shipping is complicated and can be a harsh journey on your package. I totally understand that, and I am happy to offer a return/refund.
What if my package arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, I will happily resend the item at no additional costs to you, or I will immediately refund any payments on something that I can't resend. Just send a photo of the damage as well as a quick note to gabrielleeve.art@gmail.com. Please note that this must be done within 48 hours of the package's arrival.
What if I’m not happy with the product, can I return it?

I am very new at making prints of my work and only through feedback will I be able to improve! Please send me any details that you are not happy with (as MANY DETAILS AS POSSIBLE) to gabrielleeve.art@gmail.com, and we can work out potential options that will work best for you! Please note that this must be done within 48 hours of the package’s arrival.
